[BM] Laporan iFSC 2016

        Pada tarikh 26 hingga 28 Julai 2016, sebuah program telah dijalankan di Pusat PERMATApintar negara, UKM iaitu International Future Scientist Conference. Program ini merupakan program untuk memberi peluang kepada pelajar-pelajar dalam mendedahkan dan menerangkan kajian-kajian yang telah mereka lakukan. Program ini telah melibatkan pelajar dari Kolej PERMATApintar negara dan beberapa buah sekolah di seluruh Malaysia.

       Pada 26 Julai iaitu hari pertama program, para peserta tiba untuk sesi pendaftaran  dan Majlis perasmian. Majlis Perasmian program tersebut dijalankan di Auditorium Pusat PERMATApintar negara. Majlis tersebut dimulakan dengan nyanyian Negaraku dan Varsiti kita diikuti ucapan perasmian dari Naib Canselor UKM. Majlis itu diserikan lagi persembahan-persembahan dari pelajar Pusat PERMATApintar negara.

       Pada 27 Julai, iaitu keesokan harinya merupakan hari pembentangan hasil kajian dan selidik dari semua pelajar. Pembentangan kajian mereka akan dinilai oleh juri untuk menentukan siapakah yang bakal mendapat pingat emas.

        Pada sebelah petang pula, semua pelajar perlulah mengikuti sebuah bengkel yang bertajuk My Ramblings through Science:  from Nanomaterials to Nuclear Structures to Cosmology and Blackhole Physics’ yang disampaikan oleh penceramah dari luar iaitu, Prof. Dr. Shahidan Radiman.

       Pada 28 Julai iaitu hari terakhir bagi program tersebut, sebuah bengkel dijalankan lagi pada waktu pagi. Penceramahnya dijemput dari Universiti Putra Malaysia.

        Sebelum berakhirnya program tersebut, satu lagi majlis telah dijalankan iaitu majlis penutup.Majlis penutupan tersebut merupakan saat yang paling dinanti dan mendebarkan kerana keputusan akan didedahkan.Majlis penutupan tersebut juga dimeriahkan lagi dengan tarian dan paluan kompang oleh pelajar PERMATApintar negara. Majlis tersebut diakhiri dengan sesi bergambar. Program iFSC pada tahun ini amat meriah dan memberi banyak pengetahuan. Program ini telah berjalan lancar dengan kerjasama semua pihak.
